Message from Steven P. Pharis, Founder, CEO, and President:

First and foremost, I would like to take a moment to thank you, our valued customers and contacts, for your business and continued support of Tutela, Inc. As we close the books on 2015 and look towards 2016, I wanted to reflect upon and share with you some of our success stories and future plans.

In one word, 2015 was a year of investment for Tutela. We invested in our people by hiring new team members and growing our company by 22%. Most significantly, we hired Michael Koenig to join our team as our Chief Financial Officer. Michael specializes in maximizing growth opportunities, and will lead all of Tutela’s finance efforts. He will also play a key role in the firm’s growth initiatives.<p.

We invested in our infrastructure and purchased Enterprise Resource Planning software that will allow us to better serve our customers and will allow us to operate with maximum efficiency.

We also invested in our market presence and our reach by opening three new offices across the country. We were proud to add Charlotte, North Carolina; Sunrise, Florida; and Anaheim, California to our office locations. These additions will allow us to expand our reach to more of a regional and national presence.

Our 2015 investments in personnel, infrastructure, and growth refreshed Tutela’s approach to client satisfaction and to offering the best products and services in the market. These investments will help us usher in what is projected to be another successful year for Tutela.

In 2016, we’ll continue to strive for growth and to evolve our efforts to better serve our customers. We will continue to research and invest in new technologies, and increase our presence as thought leaders and innovators in the industry. We will continue to add regions and key personnel to our already stellar team. We will continue our plan to cultivate our mergers and acquisitions activities to further our reach.

As our company continues to evolve, our steadfast commitment to our client relationships will remain constant. Investing in client relationships and strengthening our operations and available resources will make us more efficient with regards to cost. We are proud of our Remote Support options for customers and will continue to enhance this offering. Our Remote Support service allows for business continuity and an immediate response to any situation that may arise for our clients.

At Tutela, we pride ourselves on our creativity, our design, and our engineering. We are excited about our success in 2015 and about what lies ahead for 2016.
